Richard Massey has 25 years professional experience in heritage and archaeology, and has a successful track record with a wide range of projects, including infrastructure and major residential schemes, greenfield developments, archaeological assessment and survey and the repair and conversion of historic structures. He has also supported clients as an expert witness at appeal and public inquiry, and has advised a number of public bodies, including local planning authorities and national parks.

Wide experience across both public and commercial sectors has included excellent working relationships with local authority officers, Historic England and other key stakeholders.

He offers a service which is friendly and client-oriented, and which provides effective and authoritative advice at all stages of the planning process.
